About the maker: French designer and founder Anne Harrill began making jewelry as a late-night hobby in college. Thirteen years later, Océanne has a booming flagship store and studio in Cleveland, OH and her designs are stocked by more than 100 retailers across the country. Inspired by Anne’s move across the ocean from France to Ohio, Océanne’s modern, minimalist designs are handmade with love by a team of talented women.
